Fox Hollow Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information foxhollowpc.com collects, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can do about it. Fox Hollow is a residential subdivision in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
The only place this site asks for personal information is the lot wait list form. When you use it, we collect:
- Your name and email address (both required)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your preferences — which phase interests you, lot size preference, whether you already have a builder, and when you expect to build
- Anything you type in the notes box
We do not ask for and do not want financial information, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers. Please don't put them in the notes box.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs — Cloudflare records the IP address, browser type, and time of requests to this site as part of delivering and protecting it.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views, referrers, and general location (country/region) so we know how much interest Fox Hollow is getting. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, does not follow you to other sites, and cannot identify you personally.
- Spam protection — when you submit the wait list form, we store a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours purely to rate-limit abuse. The hash cannot be reversed back into your IP address, and it is deleted automatically.
What we do not use
This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or anything that profiles you across the web. The only measurement we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and anonymous. Because nothing here stores a tracking cookie on your device, this site does not show a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
2. How we use it
- To contact you when Phase I lots go on sale, and when later phases open
- To answer questions you send us
- To understand demand — for example, how many people want smaller lots versus larger ones — so we can plan the phases
- To keep the site online, fast, and free of spam
We will not sell, rent, or trade your information. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists. We only email you about Fox Hollow.
3. Third-party services
These are the only outside services that can receive data from this site:

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.
4. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map may set cookies from google.com when it loads. If you'd rather it didn't, you can block third-party cookies in your browser — the rest of the site, including the lot map and the wait list, works fine without it.
5. How long we keep it
- Wait list entries — kept until all three phases have sold out, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
- Spam-protection IP hashes — automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Server logs — retained by Cloudflare per their standard retention schedule.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time and at no cost:
- See what we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong — or just resubmit the form with the same email address, which updates your entry
- Be removed from the wait list entirely
- Unsubscribe — tell us to stop contacting you

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS everywhere. Wait list data lives in a Cloudflare D1 database that is not publicly readable. The administrative area is protected by a passphrase, and no keys or credentials are present in the code your browser downloads.
No system is perfectly secure. We keep what we collect deliberately minimal so that there is very little to lose.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
